Ethan Hale · Founder
Ethan advises manufacturing and cross-border investment clients on geopolitical risk. Previously a Regional Risk Analyst at Peregrine Risk Advisory from 2018 to 2022, he covered Southeast Asia and Latin America and contributed to risk briefings and supply-chain due-diligence research. He holds an M.A. in International Security & Geopolitics from Oregon State University and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Missouri–Kansas City.
